                                               Time:              7:30AM
Place:              The Princetonian Diner, 3509 US Highway 1, Princeton, NJ

Whether you are an entrepreneur or someone interested in discussing innovations that you can apply to your business or your career, join us for breakfast! Our HARVARD ENTREPRENEURS' BREAKFAST is an informal opportunity on the first Friday of every month for Harvard Alumni to meet, drink some joe, connect, and share ideas and opportunities.

February's topic will be a follow up to our ESG discussion. While we generally agreed the gestalt goals of ESG (clean environment, just society, good governance), we felt the implementation of ESG for investment and business strategy purposes was flawed.  In February, we'll see if we can crack the code.  Should ESG ratings drive investment decisions and for whom (eg should BlackRock push pension funds into ESG)?  Are the ESG ratings accurate and do they drive favorable actions (or are they being gamed)?  How should companies address ESG?  What role should goverments play in E, in S and in G?  What negative unintended consequences are being driven by ESG and how can they they be limited?  Finally, does ESG provide any entrepreneurial opportunities?
