ANNUAL FALL DINNER - "Crimson Autumns: When Harvard Football was Number One (Really!)"

Join us for dinner as we listen to Dick Friedman, a former writer and editor for Sports Illustrated, discuss his upcoming book entitled "Crimson Autumns: When Harvard Football was Number One."

Date: Wednesday, November 12th, 2014
Time:  Cocktails at 6:30pm/Dinner at 7:30pm
Place: The Nassau Club, 6 Mercer Street, Princeton NJ

You may know Dick Friedman '73 as a long-time member of the Harvard Club of Princeton, but you may not know that is he is currently writing his first book, entitled "Crimson Autumns: When Harvard Football was Number One." Dick is a former writer for Sports Illustrated, where he helped edit SI's College Football Book and Basketball Book. His work over the course of two decades at Sports Illustrated prepared him well for his current role as the weekly football correspondent for Harvard Magazine.

Dick will be speaking to us on the same subject as his first book, discussing the 1908-1915 Harvard Football teams coached by Percy Duncan Haughton, A.B. 1899. Whether you come for the football chat, the open bar and delicious dinner, or Dick's neverending knowledge about the Harvard Crimson, this event is not to be missed!
